We had an amazing stay at the resort, taking advantage of a promotional offer that included a timeshare presentation. Our ocean-view room was incredible and very spacious, which was great for our family. While the amenities were fantastic, there were a few minor hiccups, like unexpected visits from maintenance and housekeeping that somewhat detracted from the experience. Overall, the value for the price was exceptional, especially considering the beautiful beach location.

My experience at the Hyatt Residences in Ka'anapali was disheartening. I was promised an ocean view but ended up in a room that overlooked a parking lot. The facilities looked nice, but I was extremely disappointed with the service and overall management.
